I decided to be annoying and tap on the doors of Angela Scott’s new shoe boutique in Victory Park on Monday before she was officially open. I’m glad I did. Not only did I catch a little sneak peek of her gorgeous new studio, I met her sweet pups, two Cavalier King Charles spaniels. Plus, I got to check out her fall 2012 collection in person. It’s even more delightful fawning over shoes when you get to touch them. (And a few words to you, Miss Clark, you sexy burgundy boots, you, I’ve got my eyes on you.)
