Elizabeth Anyaa

At first glance, one might find Elizabeth Anyaa’s architectural collection to be too sculptural or three-dimensional. But in actuality, the solid, rigid construction in which she employs achieves a delicate-looking, almost femme-fleur look. Paired with the perfect denim, the painted silk and soft felting could be quite striking. The show-stopper of the evening was Anyaa’s ornamented bride in a glistening web of woven felt and silk chiffon. It was quite refreshing to see such a talented artist right here in Dallas.
