Swimgerie Swimsuits are Almost NSFW

Almost. Everyone knows when you’re wearing swim apparel in a group, it’s more about looking good than getting in the pool. (Or we’d all be wearing Speedos all the time.) It’s because of this that Femme Noir Swimgerie was created by Texas gal and designer, Lilly Ghalichi, and Dallas guy and CEO, Alan Vojtech. Yes, they’re designed with hot models at the L.A. poolside in mind, but I think they’re wearable enough for us Dallas girls have fun with anytime we feel like making a hey-I’m-a-tough-chick statement poolside. The Swimgerie (swim + lingerie) site will embarrass you if you’re at work because of its leggy, seductive poster girls, but if you check out the suits, sans the busty blonde, I think you’ll find they’re not much more revealing than regular suits. Take the Kimorthy one-piece in the middle of my photo, for example. The tush coverage is a bit small, but the fringe is fantastic and covers everything. (You better like it because I own it now.) The prices for these orignal pieces are surprisingly affordable at $50 to $150, too, and if you’re really into swimming, don’t worry, these can get wet. Sold online only.

Fineprint: Don’t wear heels, garters, stockings, and especially, gloves, to the pool. You’ll turn heads in a bad way.
