ShopTalk Friday Giveaway: Opera Tickets to “Anna Bolena” at the Winspear

The famous seductress-turned-queen comes to life.

I’ll be totally and completely jealous of the person that wins today’s giveaway. I’m obsessed with fond of reading about King Henry VIII and his wives. I’m not exactly sure what has sucked me in. The gowns? The beheadings? Don’t know. (Put it this way: I was more starstruck meeting Philippa Gregory (author of The Other Boleyn Girl) than I would have been had Brad Pitt walked into the room.) But back to the giveaway, I have two tickets, courtesy of the Dallas Opera, to the opening night of Gaetano Donizetti’s Anna Bolena, taking place at the beautiful red Winspear on Friday, Oct. 29 at 7:30 pm. You’ll have the chance to see Anne Boleyn beautifully recreated in her final moments during the Tudor times.

Enter to win here.

And by the way, if you need a date, I’ll be available. Call me.
