We’re starting a new weekly feature here on ShopTalk called “Ask Raya.” The title may sound arrogant, so let me explain. We get questions about style and beauty on a regular basis. “Is there really a no-white-after-Labor-Day law?” “What foundation is your favorite for summer months in Texas?” “Where should I shop for the perfect party dress this weekend?” You get the point. As a result, we started thinking, why not share these questions and answers with the world? So, we’ve decided we will. Ask your questions here (don’t worry–it’s anonymous), and I’ll respond.
