We did a little sipping and shopping browsing at POME’s grand opening last week, and we were thrilled after seeing what the store has to offer. If you haven’t stopped in yet, here’s a rundown. We saw everything from hippie-inspired, crocheted vests and drape-y black maxi dresses to the upstairs rock-and-roll section’s studded leather leggings and Vivienne Westwood jacket. Drool-worthy accessory centers displayed around the store flaunted sexy shoes, trendy belts, and dainty jewelry. I almost popped out the credit card for the sexy booties from Be & D, left, but alas, I thought about my pending rent check. Boutique-y designer lines include Rory Beca, Beyond Vintage, Geren Ford, Kimberly Ovitz, and Adriana Castro, who designed the in-store clutch, left, which was featured in Sex and the City 2. But fashion like this doesn’t come cheap. Average prices fall between the multiple hundreds range. But if you want a head-turning outfit, here’s your one-stop shop. Located in The Plaza at Preston Center on with row with Lucky Dog Barkery and Taco Diner, yum.
