Yesterday, the Salvation Army presented their annual Woman’s Auxiliary Fashion Show, which was founded in 1990. The event, which consists of a fashion show assembled using donated couture clothing, has given $4.4 million back to the Salvation Army. That’s serious cash. Though we’ve missed the show, we haven’t missed the shopping opportunity which follows, Chic Boutique. This “Wearhouse Sale,” as they call it, will feature serious fashion finds. (Think Chanel bags.) Happening today, May 5, and tomorrow, May 6 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Christmas/Disaster Warehouse on Harry Hines. 9216 Harry Hines Blvd. Access is free. Get more information.
