exhaleExhale Dallas is working for the people. They know how busy we are so to help us de-stress (and undo damage from late-night partying) they’ve decided to start offering easy-in, easy-out 25-minute (or less) mini-treatments. You can book an appointment in advance (214-370-5800) or just show up but regardless, you’ll get the same great service as if you were gettting a full treatment. And as a special treat, from tomorrow until September 30 you can buy one treatment and get another free if you go on a week day. That’s a pret-ty darn good deal if you ask me. Below is a sample of some of the Well Bar mini-treatments. Set one up now – you know you deserve it.

Blemish Banish – (20 minutes/$20) A warm compress is applied to affected areas, followed by a clinical resurfacing mask to detoxify impurities.  Skin is then treated with a blue light therapy to kill acne-causing bacteria, and then a topical healing serum is applied to reduce inflammation.

Hangover Helper – (20 minutes/$20) Guests are treated to wood tea to support liver function, followed by an application of headache oil to the temples.  The eye area is treated with an avocado and cucumber mask and a 10-minute lymphatic drainage massage to reduce puffiness.  Finally, eyes are treated to a red light therapy to improve skin texture, followed by an application of cooling eye gel.

Luscious Lip – (15 minutes/$20) Lips are treated to a gentle citrus scrub, followed by an exfoliating enzyme peel to slough off dry skin.  Exhale’s soothing GRN (Grow Restore Nurture) lip balm tops off the treatment, and guests take the balm home.

Express Manicure – (15 minutes/$15) Nails are shaped, filed and polished, and then topped off with a beautiful coat of color.
