One of our favorite sales of the year is upon us, the FIG Finale. This semi-annual event hosted by the Fashion Industry Gallery begins Friday, August 28 and ends Saturday, August 29. It features women’s, men’s and children’s clothes, shoes and accessories from designers and local retailers at rock-bottom prices. Tickets are $12 if purchased on the FIG website (link above) or by calling 214.748.4344 ext. 326, or $15 at the door. Two day passes are also available for $20.
If you are a true Dallas fashionista then I suggest purchasing a ticket to the Thursday night VIP party. For $50 you’ll get complimentary valet parking (Thursday only), the opportunity to shop the sale that night, cocktails, and a pass to re-enter the sale on Friday and Saturday.
With an ATM on site and cash and credit cards accepted you have no excuse not to shop. (Recession? What recession?) Mark those calendars, save those pennies and gather your girlfriends. I’ve been to this sale many times and believe me, it is top notch. The selection is fantastic and plentiful. It’s a girl’s dream come true.
