Glitter Makes my Heart Flitter

This line of glitzy lacquers was inspired by the 2009 spring and summer fashion lines. “I’ve never seen so many sequins, embroideries, shimmering metallics and jewels sewn into fabrics,” Ji Baek, owner of Rescue Beauty Lounge, says of the collections. Glitter isn’t just for little girls anymore. “My goal was to create chic grown up glitter.” The goal included affordability, too.
