Willa vs. Jason: Who Do You Think Wins?

Last night while Laura and the other guhls were watching/cringing over The Bachelor, I was watching/cringing over the new Friday the 13th. The movie opens Friday (the 13th, obviously), but I was lucky enough to catch a preview at NorthPark (pre-this). I mention the movie for two reasons. 1) With all the Valentine’s Day brouhaha, you might be ready to scrap the whole holiday and see a horror film instead. 2) It features our very own Willa Ford, aka Mrs. Mike Modano. My rating: 3 out of 5 machetes. For an in-depth analysis of Willa’s performance, please jump. But I’m warning you. It contains spoilers.

Willa remains gratuitously topless throughout much of her limited screen time. Also, she dies. Quite unceremoniously, I might add. If any of this comes as a shock to you, then you’ve never seen a slasher flick—or Willa Ford, for that matter. One more thing: she plays a college student. Now that part is shocking.
