It’s affordable, easy to use, and works like any expensive under-eye concealer I’ve ever used. Who could ask for more? I use the paintbrush applicator—love it—to lay some streaks under my eyes. Then, using my ring finger, I tap, tap, tap to smooth the concealer around. Poof! Dark circles are gone and I’m bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. (Or at least I look it.)
