Dear Santa, I Want This!

|

One of my favorite places to get pampered, Daireds Salon and Spa Pangea, is offering some excellent gift packages. Read about the amazing treatment I got last time I was there in my previous blog. For the holidays, get your loved ones a “Pangea Passport” or a “Pedi Pass.” For $195 (a $270 value) the Pangea Passport is good for either three one-hour Swedish massages or three Pangea custom facials.

I always feel extra pampered at Spa Pangea. The facility is big so I don’t feel like I’m crammed into a teeny waiting room with a bunch of other naked-under-their-robes “pamper-ees.” In fact, after putting on the big fluffy robe they provide, clients wait in a clean, spacious, beautifully-decorated “living room” complete with a television, a small refrigerator with healthy treats like yogurt and fruit, and tasty freshly-brewed tea. Once the pampering begins the rest of the world disappears.

For $125 (a $160 value) the Pedi Pass recipient will get three Pangea pedicures. I’ve had these pedicures and I kid you not – they last forever. The last one I got lasted at least FOUR weeks. Really. Their mani/pedi room overlooks a beautiful zen garden (where they grow herbs used by the chef in their cafe). Pedicures last about an hour and the technicians really take their time with each person, especially during the lower leg and foot massage which is, of course, my favorite part. So if anyone out there wants to buy me a gift that I’ll REALLY love, look no further.
