Readers cast their votes for their favorites from around the globe, and The Greenhouse ranked in the top 10 for Accommodations and for Going Solo. Although The Greenhouse doesn’t accept day visitors, packages start at three nights–perfect for a long weekend of pampering or to gather girlfriends for a special treat, such as a bachelorette party. The Greenhouse has been committed to fitness and mind/body rejuvenation for more than 40 years–long before destination spas were all the rage. There’s something to be said for longevity–and for convenience! No plane ticket required.
