Julia Plume, winner of last year’s competition, will be showing her designs on the runway in a fundraiser for The Dallas Fashion Incubator and Texas’ Next Top Designer. Also featured will be last year’s jewelry finalist, Rachelle Dauphinee, accessories finalest, Chance Jackson, and the Kim Dawson Model Search finalists.
