Some of our favorite local haunts have us feining for frosty temps with new merchandise arriving daily. Follow the jump to get the scoop.

V.O.D. just received a new shipment of goodies from Zero and A.P.C., and is eagerly awaiting Isabel Marant to arrive this Friday (there is already a waiting list for some of the French designers easy yet edgy pieces).

You can count on Neiman Marcus to keep you up-to-date on current trends with their Fall 2008 Trend Event, starting this Friday. The week-long event will highlight top trends for women (berry colors, satin, high-vamp shoes, lace, sleek shapes, romantic blouses, and statement jewelry) and men (shades of gray, peak lapels, peacoats, cardigans, vests, and exotics). Bonus: With the purchase of $250 from anywhere in the store you will get a free berry-colored jelly PDA/mobile cover (while supplies last).
The Shak celebrates their second anniversary with nine days of nine designers, starting this Thursday with Tibi. Bonus: There will be daily drawings for a piece (winners choice) from the designer of the day.
