On Jan. 12, more than 200 innovators, entrepreneurs, and pioneers attended The Innovation Awards, presented by D CEO and Dallas Innovates. The fourth annual event recognized trailblazers who are shaping the future of North Texas—and beyond.

Guests were greeted with opening remarks from Noelle LeVeaux, publisher of D Magazine Partners, and Christine Perez, editor of D CEO. Randy Ray of Munck Wilson Mandala and Dave Allston of Thought Ensemble, a Pariveda company, joined Perez and Associate Editor Kelsey Vanderschoot to help reveal the winners and present awards.

The program recognized 68 finalists and winners across 15 categories and various company sizes. Individual honorees included David C. Williams of AT&T (Corporate Innovator of the Year), Tricia D’Cruz of Catalyze Dallas (Innovative Leader of the Year), Andrew Bender of DZS (CIO/CTO of the Year), and Hubert Zajicek of Health Wildcatters (Innovation Advocate or Accelerator Leader of the Year). You can view the full list of honorees here; the January/February cover story, “DFW Innovators on the Power of Resiliency,” can be found here.

Thank you to our title sponsors Munck Wilson Mandala and Thought Ensemble, a Pariveda company, for supporting this inspiring event. Congratulations again to all the winners and finalists, who are featured in the January/February issue of D CEO.
