Do you like to home ogle? Do you like driving by houses and thinking to yourself, “I’ve been in there before; the indoor pool was quite appealing.” Do you actually need to find a new home? We’ve got you covered with several eligible dwellings.

If you choose to visit an open house this weekend, make sure to follow the safety measures each brokerage has put in place. We’ve outlined them below.

7406 Kenshire Lane | Sunday, 1-3 p.m.

The Neighborhood: North Dallas

The Price: $2,199,000

The Appeal: This custom contemporary home has exquisite finishings around every corner. We love the sleek floating staircase and the textured accent walls in the living and dining rooms. The master bedroom’s incredible closet is another must-see.

Safety: The agent will provide masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer for those that wish to use them. Only one group will be allowed inside at a time.

4009 Hanover Street | Sunday, 2-4 p.m.

The Neighborhood: University Park

The Price: $1,795,000

The Appeal: Though this University Park home is traditional, it’s anything but boring: the Mediterranean-inspired build boasts a wine cellar, a screened-in sunroom, a game room, and more. The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area, which features exposed beams and wood-bordered arches on its windows and doors.

Safety: Masks are required and gloves are suggested.

4300 Lomo Alto, #2 | Sunday, 2-4 p.m.

The Neighborhood: Highland Park

The Price: $1,550,000

The Appeal: Located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods of Dallas, this three-story residence does not disappoint. We love the modern touches, like white oak flooring, Carrara marble, and architectural windows. This home also has an elevator, ideal for bringing in your bags after a trip to the nearby Whole Foods.

Safety: Please plan to wear a mask and gloves; the agent will have extras if needed. Keep the lights as you found them, do not touch surfaces and doorknobs, and do not use the bathrooms.

6956 Dalhart Lane | Sunday, 1:30-3 p.m.

The Neighborhood: Lakewood

The Price: $1,125,000

The Appeal: A charming craftsman in the heart of Lakewood. This pretty blue home’s interior is filled with colorful accents, from a teal island in the kitchen to a turquoise chandelier in the office.

Safety: Masks are mandatory and occupancy will be limited. Windows will be open when possible to promote air circulation. No need to touch any surface–the agent will open doors and turn on lights for you. In lieu of flyers, all materials can be found online. Refrain from shaking hands.

4017 Southwestern Boulevard | Sunday, 3-5 p.m.

The Neighborhood: University Park

The Price: $1,725,000

The Appeal: This 1945 build is just as cute inside as you’d expect, with a soothing white-and-gray palette and several antique features like a pretty fireplace in the living room. There’s also an attic bedroom that kids (and adults, really) will covet.

Safety: Masks are mandatory and occupancy will be limited. Windows will be open when possible to promote air circulation. No need to touch any surface–the agent will open doors and turn on lights for you. In lieu of flyers, all materials can be found online. Refrain from shaking hands.
