Faces of Hand Surgery

Dr. Ellis has been in practice for more than 32 years. He is a clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at UT Southwestern and enjoys all aspects of hand surgery, with a special interest in carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, tumors, and Dupuytren’s contracture. Dr. Zehr, named a Best Doctor in Dallas multiple times, is an expert in upper extremity trauma. He is a renowned microvascular surgeon and one of the world’s foremost replant surgeons. He is the primary upper extremity trauma specialist at Baylor Medical Center. In practice in Dallas for more than 37 years, Dr. Zehr is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Zivaljevic completed his orthopedic surgery training at the State University of New York and his hand surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts General Hospital. He has presented research at the annual conferences of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Association of Hand Surgery, and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. His practice focuses on chronic and traumatic conditions of the hand and wrist. Dr. Zivaljevic is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
