Last year about 20,000 people came downtown to help the Crow Collection of Asian Art ring in the Year of the Ram. The Year of the Monkey celebration, on February 13, held at the museum and in the streets, will include art demonstrations and a schedule of performances that begins at 11 am with a traditional dance and ends at 7:30 pm with fireworks. Guests can make glowing paper lanterns and participate in family yoga. There will also be magic, fortune-telling, and face painting—all of it free. For a full schedule, go to crowcollection.org.
