Asian Trade District
A cluster of shopping centers located off I-35E near Royal Lane housing restaurants, cafes, shopping, and bars. Unwind at Korean-inspired King Spa & Sauna, or head to Dal Dong Ne for late-night kimchi pancakes and soju.
Chinatown
Tucked away in a strip mall off North Greenville in Richardson. Indulge in family-style dishes at Canton Chinese Restaurant, or head across the parking lot to Jeng Chi Restaurant, where the soup dumplings are a must.
New Koreatown
Located in a large shopping center off Old Denton Road in Carrollton. Home to restaurants, karaoke bars, bakeries, salons, and H Mart, a Korean grocery store filled with vegetables you’re not likely to find anywhere else in town.
Little Pakistan
Located in a couple of strip malls on West Trinity Mills Road in Carrollton (directly across from New Koreatown). Make sure to grab a plate of chicken masala at Al Markaz, an Indo-Pakistani grocery store and restaurant.
Little India
The operative word is “little.” Many shops that were once in the shopping center at I-75 and Belt Line Road have closed or moved, but you can still find Indian salons, sari shops, and
a market or two.
