Dallas Running Club

Since the DRC’s humble beginning in 1967, the club has grown from 20 members to 4,300. In addition to discounts at local running stores, DRC membership offers runners (and walkers) an opportunity to support local charities at the club’s eight annual free races.

Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers

Since 1997, Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers has cultivated a community devoted to health and fitness. Weekend mornings, many of the group’s nearly 400 members can be found on trails around Lake Grapevine. Group runs and walks start at 8 am at the clubhouse.

North Texas Trail Runners

For “$20 and a good sense of humor,” this group offers its members a scenic approach to running. NTTR members can be found along Northshore Trail at Lake Grapevine most Saturday mornings. 

Plano Pacers Running Club

planopacers.org

With more than 700 members, the club hosts races the last Saturday of each month, with distances ranging from 1 mile to 15K, at Plano’s Bob Woodruff Park. Members range in age from kiddos to seniors and in ability from recreational to competitive. 

White Rock Running Co-Op

This nonprofit group offers training, fitness, and friendship. Group run routes vary in distance and location, with some beginning at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop at Mockingbird Lane and Hillside Drive and others from Crossroads Diner at Walnut Hill Lane and Greenville Avenue.
