Having recently undergone a complete overhaul, this Hotel Lumen restaurant features a new menu from chef Michael Ehlert and—best of all—one of the year’s best and most charming desserts. Dublin Bottling Works’ orange cream soda is poured over house-made cheesecake ice cream and then topped with a graham cracker crumble. It’s a little rich, sweetly citrusy, and entirely endearing.
