Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes
Technically, the menu calls these dreamy cakes “heavy-handed” blueberry pancakes, and that’s no lie. House-made ricotta cheese is the base for the cakes, studded with plump blueberries and covered in vanilla-poached apricots and fresh cream. They’re so rich and fragrant, it’s almost like eating dessert for breakfast. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
