Fashion Partners Card at NorthPark Center

[inline_image id=”1″ align=”r” crop=””]Summer is finally over and we are counting the days until we can purchase our beloved Partners Card. Partners Card is the signature fundraiser for The Family Place, Dallas’ largest domestic violence agency. Save the date for October 29-November 7 to update your fall wardrobe or get a jump start on your Christmas shopping. Head to NorthPark Center where more than 70 retailers are participating. If you’re in the neighborhood on October 23, check out the Cadillac Ride and Drive near the NorthPark valet entrance. For every test drive, a donation will be made to The Family Place. Who knew philanthropy could be so much fun? For more information, visit

Philanthropy The Family Place

[inline_image id=”2″ align=”r” crop=””]During the past 18 years, the Partners Card program has raised more than $10 million to help break the cycle of domestic violence in North Texas. It’s easy to participate. Simply purchase a $60 Partners Card—100 percent of the proceeds benefit The Family Place. The card entitles you to a 20 percent discount at more than 750 retailers and restaurants from October 29-November 7. It’s the perfect excuse for retail therapy. But there’s more! Cadillac gives you an extra reason to LIKE them on Facebook during the month of October. For every LIKE, Cadillac will make a donation to The Family Place. For more information, follow Metroplex Cadillac Dealers on Facebook.

Health + Wellness Mall Walking at NorthPark Center

[inline_image id=”3″ align=”r” crop=””]Malls were created to make shopping more convenient, but there’s no reason you can’t use those climate-controlled corridors to get fit and healthy, too. Mall walking may not be seen as the coolest way to stay in shape, but we’re here to sing its praises. Aside from being safe and the ideal temperature, you’ll be able to scope the latest sales while you work on your fitness. It’s multi-tasking at its best. We are partial to NorthPark Center for our mall walking routine since there is a perfect three-mile route to traverse while we gossip with our best girlfriends. Fitness and fashion really do go together. To view NorthPark Center’s walking map, visit

Fine Dining La Duni Latin Kitchen and Coffee Studio

[inline_image id=”4″ align=”r” crop=””]It’s a well-known fact that La Duni offers some of the most delicious breakfast options in Dallas. So after you’re done with your morning stroll at NorthPark Center, pop into La Duni Latin Kitchen and Coffee Studio, located on the north end of Center Park, to power up for the day. You can’t go wrong with the Gruyere and Ham Scramble. But if you don’t want to destroy your diet for the day, we suggest the lighter Huevas Al Gusto which includes two eggs, roasted potatoes, and salsas. If you aren’t a morning person, visit La Duni until 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday for the perfect coffee and dessert date destination. For more information, visit
