Special thanks to The Belmont Hotel.

Swanky swimwear showed up in many designers’ collections this season. Styles referenced the past with retro-inspired bikinis, while plunging one-pieces stayed current with animal prints and metallic beading. This zebra-print suit with beaded straps and adjustable side ties from Diane Von Furstenberg’s signature swimwear collection pairs perfectly with local designer Brynn Isom’s vintage scarf top, which makes for a versatile cover-up. Whimsically patterned trunks by Vilebrequin or this printed pair by Bottega Veneta keep him in style while hitting the waves or perching poolside. Complete this fashion-forward look with oversized shades and a trendy topper.

Lisa is wearing a Diane Von Furstenberg orange zebra-print one-piece ($170/Nordstrom NorthPark); Brynn Isom vintage scarf top ($330/LFT); Michael by Michael Kors straw and leather tote ($298/Intermix). Chad is wearing Bottega Veneta swim trunks ($350) and “panama hat” ($780), both available at Bottega Veneta NorthPark; Ksubi sunglasses ($250/Centre).
