HOT ROCKS: Floral shop M. Bountiful now offers customized jewelry.

Baubles & Buds >>
Been missing your favorite florist M. Bountiful? Not to worry; the store just relocated and it’s now tucked inside Urban Home on Henderson Avenue. In addition to fabulous flowers, here you’ll find heavenly candles (white ginger amber is our favorite) and lovely customized jewelry. Simply select your semiprecious stones—onyx, topaz, tourmaline, garnet, chalcedony, and the like—to create one-of-a-kind necklaces, earrings, or dangling bracelets for yourself or someone special. 3010 N. Henderson Ave. 214-774-0591.

<< Twinkle Toes
Just when you thought another retail shop couldn’t fit into the West Village, Accomplice comes on the scene, peddling jewelry, shoes, and handbags from the likes of Cynthia Rowley, Francesca Giobbi, Nancy Nancy, and S. Edelman—lines you can’t get anywhere else in Dallas. “Accomplice will be a store where customers can come and feel at home,” says owner Jana Schleif. Assuming our closets are filled with such fabulous accessories. West Village, 3699 McKinney Ave., Ste. 501. 214-520-8535.

BOYS WHO LIKE BAGS: Needless Necessities owners Don Hatfield and Sam Stidham (above) sell great goods, including these Vera Bradley quilted bags (left).

We’ve Gotta Have It >>
Former New Yorkers (and New York shop owners) Don Hatfield and Sam Stidham opened Needless Necessities, a cute shop along booming Henderson Avenue. Here you’ll find almost the entire collection of Vera Bradley (quilted cotton luggage, handbags, and accessories), baby Puzzle Rockers, Adirondack outdoor furniture, crystal jewelry designs by Roche, and hand care and scents for the kitchen by Cucina. We can’t live without any of it. 2926 N. Henderson Ave. 214-824-0700.

<< Love Bugs
Resourceful Texan Marnie Cooper couldn’t find a bag to match her outfit, so she made her own. Her line of Italian leather bags lined with hand-dyed batiks, dubbed Marnie Bugs, are some of the best bags about town. Check out the collection at Blinc (Shops at Legacy) and Octane (West Village). www.marniebugs.com.
