Picture the scene: the ebb and flow of cars, the shrill honking of
horns, bike messengers cycling by, suits talking on cell phones and
waiting on street corners for lights to change so appointments can be
kept. New York City? No. We’re talking about Dallas.
The recent downtown renaissance has made anything west of Deep Ellum look like the next place to be. Boîtes and restaurants are popping up alongside skyscrapers, and Dallas’ beau monde can’t wait to be seen at all the new places.
Our
fall fashion coverage pays homage to the city and the energy and sex
appeal of the female downtown denizen. She leads a cosmopolitan
lifestyle: her calendar is filled with business meetings, trips, and
social events. And, of course, she always looks great. Sky-high
