Only school code prevented Connolly from suspending the lawbreakers forever And THUMBS DOWN to St Marks Headmaster Arnie Holtberg for once again allowing fund-raising to defeat ethics on a technicality. St Mark’s only suspends students from athletic extracurriculars, so few partying students were affected. Not, we hear, the son of Tom Hicks, who coincidentally donated $6.8 million to the school’s fund-raising campaign the week after the party.
