THE SCARE TACTIC:
“It is something that is in my blood. I anticipate I will do something in public service down the road.”
-Inept, lame-duck school board president Bill Keever. commenting on his future plans to run for higher office, possibly Land Commisioner.
THE SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY:
“Less than two years, we’ll be sitting here choosing another superintendent”
-Dallas school board trustee Hollis Brashear. musing about the future of newly-appointed school superintendent Dr. Yvonne Gonzales.
