PATRONS OF THE RECENTLY closed Highland Park Cafeteria were quick to cry j’accuse at the North Central Expressway expansion project. Proprietors and critics claim the constant construction and attendent accessibility involved in the widening of the thoroughfare is thoroughly unfair.

Roland Dickey of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit notes that his profits have fallen 10 percent.

Toby O’Brien, general partner of Yegua Creek Brewing Co., reports numbers 40percent off the norm. He’s considered relocating Yegua away from Central for economic reasons.
