THUMBS UP

|

THUMBS UP to Louri Sullivan, a leasing director for the Dallas Market Center, for her campaign to raise money for playground equipment at Priscilla Tyler Elementary School in West Dallas. She was shocked to discover, through her volunteer work at the school, that these youngsters from nearby housing projects have nothing in their schoolyard to enjoy during recess. Steve Blow of The Dallas Morning News reported the situation in his column, “Children need a playground to play around.” We agree. Donations may be sent to the Priscilla Tyler Activity Fund, 2333 Calypso Street, Dallas, Texas 75212.
