This special explores the life and work of this combative and outspoken artist, who denounced abstract art and claimed he would rather have his paintings hung in saloons than museums.

American Masters: Harold Lloyd

Today, he is most often remembered as the young man hanging desperately from the clock in Safety Last, one of his most famous films.
