Showhouse Welcome

|

The Dallas Symphony Showhouse Orchestra League proudly presents its 1989 Showhouse, the residence of Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Murchison. The Showhouse is a major fundraising event of The Symphony League which includes the Junior Group of The League and The Innovators.

This fabulous new Highland Park home was designed by Frank Welch Associates, Inc. and was built by Murchison Development, Inc. Decorations and furnishings have been provided by some of the area’s leading interior designers and coordinated by the Murchisons’ interior designer. Lisa Gilchrist.

The Symphony Showhouse serves the community with this entertaining and enlightening event with all proceeds going directly to The Dallas Symphony Orchestra. The success of this project is made possible by the planning and efforts of hundreds of volunteers, community leaders and supporters. We applaud each of them as well as the designers who have contributed their time and talent. To Mr. & Mrs. Murchison, we offer a standing ovation for sharing their beautiful new home with all of us.

The members of The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League are delighted to present this unique home to the public.
