fThumbs down to Robert and Patrick Columbo, owners of the smash eatery Sfuzzi, for their infuriating non-policy on taking, making, and/or honoring reservations. Promises of forty-five minutes lengthen to hours, as time drags by with nary a blink from the frazzled wait-staff. Meanwhile, folks whose faces are apparently familiar breeze right by to their tables. The food and drinks here are star caliber. Too bad you can’t bring your own table.
