According to M Magazine, the “No Circ Newsletter,” official publication of the National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers in Marin County, California, presents a “newsy but unnerving picture of the troubles unleashed upon this land of ours-the most foreskin-demising nation on earth.”
