Local gastronomes who take their subject seriously have cleared their calendars for November 6-9. when the American Institute of Wine $ Food presents its fourth national Conference on Gastronomy at the Hotel Crescent Court. For $525 ($475 for institute members), conferees get access to seven seminars, three dinners, two lunches, two receptions, a tasting, and three breakfasts.
