Thumbs up to Quadrangle developers Kenneth H. Hughes Interests and The Berry R. Cox Real Estate Group for agreeing to sell to Theatre Three the building it has been leasing since 1969-at a price considerably below market value. The Quadrangle owners have also agreed to contribute some exterior renovation to the building as well as lobby additions. The total value of the reduced price and renovation project is nearly $500,000, according to Jac Alder, the theater’s executive producer/director, who says that the purchase “will help solidify the long-term position of Theatre Three in Dallas.”
