IN MOTHER’S MEMORY

|

Despite all the commercial and residential development in Southwest Fort Worth, the real estate hot spot isn’t close to becoming another asphalt jungle.

In October, a 15-acre park at Granbury Cutoff and Grand-bury Road was donated to the city by the Hanover Property Co.

Dick LeBlanc, president of the company, donated the park in memory of his mother, the late Patricia Anne LeBlanc.

The fully landscaped park has two baseball diamonds, a soccer field, tennis and basketball courts, a jogging trail, a gazebo and children’s playground.
