On Saturday, April 7 beginning at 11 a.m., Hawaii comes to Texas with a day of special events, give-aways, Hawaiian food, music and displays. Bloomingdale’s, Valley View Center, Dallas.
Register to win a designer swimsuit, a beach towel and a Clarins sun treatment kit. 3 sets of each prize will be given away. Drawing will be held at 3 p.m. Need not be present to win. No purchase necessary.
Schedule of Events
11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sand castle building contest. 3 local artists will build fantasy castles out of sand. (The winner will be announced at 3 p.m.)
11 a.m.-6 p.m. Beach Towel Art display 12-4 p.m. Sun products for your hair and body. Have Philip Kingsley show you how to protect your hair. Hair stylists will style your hair using his new protective gel.
1-4 p.m. Junior Dept. Surfs up swimwear and informal modeling.
1:30p.m. Houseware gourmet Sharli Howard will demonstrate recipes using Hawaiian products. Sampling too.
2 p.m. Swimwear show. Bloom-ingdale’s shows off their best swimwear at the Beach House.
2:30 p.m. Hawaiian Sweepstakes winners announced (Registration for sweepstakes begins at 11 a.m.)
