Mrs. John Wainwright Dixon is the wife of the chairman of the board and president of E-Systems, Inc. Doris Dixon is on the women’s board of the Dallas Civic Opera and is chairman of its 1978 Ball, Fashion Show and Luncheon. She is a member of TACA Board, advisory board of the Texas Center for Fashion Studies, DSO League, Dallas Theatre Center, Dallas Civic Ballet Society, and chairman of the Kidney Foundation Style Show and Luncheon. She also serves on the women’s committee of the Dallas Council on World Affairs and with the Health and Science Museum Guild.
