Get Cozy With A Cortado

Manny’s Cortado
Food photographer Manny Rodriguez has gotten back to his Cuban roots with Manny’s Cortado, a bottled concoction featuring the classic recipe of evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and Guatemalan coffee from Full City Rooster. Sometimes served at pop-up events at his North Oak Cliff studio, the 16-ounce bottles go for $7 at Cox Farms Market. Enjoy hot or cold.
