Built in 1932, this Clifford Hutsell-designed house is in the Hollywood Heights “C Streets.” Our favorite part of the place: a mural of White Rock Lake believed to have been painted by Dwight C. Holmes in 1946. The house has three bedrooms, two updated baths, a study, and a studio above the detached two-car garage. There’s also vintage ironwork, stained glass, updated kitchen, and a utility/mud room. Scott Jackson for Ellen Terry Realtors. 972-733-8789.
