Dave Perry-Miller returned in March fresh from his national Prudential convention in San Antonio where Prudential Realty recognized him as the No. 10 real estate agent in the United States, out of 65,000 other agents’ $135 million in sales. Only to beef those figures up even more, his 4449 Belfort Ave. listing sold to Kenny Goss, George Michael’s partner, who plans to restore the historic 1930s era home. The home was listed for $2,295,000 and had four contracts in six weeks.

Ned Cammack, of Coldwell Banker Residential at Preston Center regional office, is marketing The Sorrento, a 97-unit, five-story luxury condo in a “trophy location” – between Park Cities and Preston Hollow, on Turtle Creek Boulevard where the Il Sorrento restaurant used to be (8616 Turtle Creek Blvd. will be the actual address). The project broke ground in mid April. With spectacular views, the area will continue to see a flurry of new construction in the coming years, Cammack says.
