Robbie Fusch was in second grade when his family moved to Dallas. And, except for architecture studies at Texas Tech University, the 71-year-old has been here ever since. He is a rarity in the design world, as he still does hand-drawn delineations. His firm handles all kinds of projects but specializes in high-end residential. Work on a home for Ray and Nancy Hunt helped land an interview for the $7.3 million Theta sorority house at Southern Methodist University, which Fusch won. The architect keeps a steady pipeline of business through referrals, and from clients who find him through Pinterest or Houzz.
