Twenty years ago, Rand Stagen saw an opportunity to make long-term, intentional impact across multiple industries by inviting executives to participate in leadership workshops that focus on growth and development. Inspired by Plato’s philosophy that each person has the potential for greatness born of self-knowledge, Stagen, with the help of three partners, opened the Stagen Leadership Academy in Turtle Creek. The office’s centerpiece is a handcrafted wooden table that took five months to build. “The table represents craftsmanship, intentionality, love, and care,” Stagen says, “which is what we try to bring into everything we do.”
