What do you do?
“I help lead Plano, the ‘City of Excellence.’ That can be anything from a meeting with a local CEO to reading a book to a third grade class and many other activities in between.”

Who is your style icon?
“Growing up, I had a subscription to GQ magazine and dreamed one day I could dress in such a distinguished manner.”

How does your work influence what you wear?
“No matter where I am, along with representing myself and my family, I represent my city. I do my best to reflect Plano’s excellence.”

What inspires your style choices?
“My personality and my mood.”

How would you describe your style?
“Having grown up in Harlem my whole life, before moving to Plano, I strive for my style to be professional, stately, and classy, with an urban flavor.”

What do you never leave home without?
“Accessories pull it all together. The cuff links and pocket square that accent my tie, along with my Montblanc pen and money clip, make my outfit complete.”

Do you have a go-to look?
“A blue pinstripe suit, semi-spread collared white shirt, red tie with a half Windsor knot, and a pocket square with a trace of red will work everywhere.”

What’s your favorite store?
“Time is my most valuable commodity, thus I really do not enjoy shopping at stores. My timesaver and fashion police is Tai Moore, co-founder and creative director of Adam Lusso. He comes to my house, which makes it easy for me.”
