What I do…
“There really is no such thing as an average day for me. As we continue to grow, my role evolves. I used to spend 50 percent of the year traveling to our global offices but have had to cut back since I now have two small children at home. I still do a good bit of international traveling to meet with our international teams and key current and potential clients all over the world. When I am at home in Dallas, I am passionate about the culture and branding of rewardStyle and LIKEtoKNOW.it, so I also get to work on creative projects like event ideation and marketing.”

Who is your style icon?
“I am inspired by modern women. My current favorites are @StyleHeroine (Evangelie Smyrniotaki’s Instagram handle) and @LopezJennyLopez (Jennifer Lopez’s Instagram handle).”

How does your work influence what you wear?
“When I am at rewardStyle, most of my meetings are internal so I dress casually and comfortably, but always put together. When I have corporate meetings, I dress very conservatively—I never want to distract from the content of the meeting.”

What inspires your style choices?
“Being a working mother means you have to be dressed for a bit of everything. My mom taught me to love twinsets and dresses because they are ‘throw-on’ looks—you don’t have to think too hard to get dressed in the morning. Also, I’m tall so I chose to wear flats over heels most days!”

How would you describe your style?
“Monochromatic and architectural. I love volume and am drawn to pieces that are architecturally thoughtful. I tend to invest in timeless pieces and then update my look with a seasonal accessory, usually a handbag.”

What do you never leave home without?
“My phone! Everything is going mobile. You can now shop, order food, call a car, and schedule a manicure [instantly] from the palm of your hand.”

Do you have a go-to look?
“I would live in Delpozo if I had the chance, so those pieces are my most cherished. I specifically wear my ice-blue long sleeved Delpozo mini quite a bit because I love the color with my red hair, and I never say no to a good sleeve.”
