You wouldn’t stay in a sub-par hotel suite, so why should your car be housed in anything but the best? Dream Garage USA, a group of luxury automobile “residences,” will soon offer an upgrade to your dingy driveway.
The Dream Garage complex will contain privately owned or leased garages starting at 1,050 square feet, with 18-foot ceilings and furnished viewing lofts. Each secure, temperature-controlled suite can be custom-designed to match a driver’s personality and needs.
“Each of the 54 collector car garages will be like a little auto gallery,” says partner and conceptual creator Jack Griffin, who expects the project to be completed by December.
The facility will also feature a high-end auto repair center and retail shops that cater to a car lover’s every craving. It will also boast a members-only club, in addition to hosting exclusive car shows and events.
Opening near Love Field, the Dallas location will be the first of its kind, with a second locale in Collin County to follow. Griffin and his development partners—TreVista Group’s Jerry Mooty, Travis Blalock, and Justin Whitman—expect to grow the concept nationwide in the coming years.
