Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and Designer Laser Vaginoplasty are surgeries so taboo that only a handful of doctors in the nation perform them. The former tightens the vagina to enhance sexual gratification; the latter addresses the aesthetic appearance. Only one doctor in Dallas performs these surgeries: Dr. Wesley Anne Brady of the Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas, who, after reading “Like a Virgin” in the May 2006 issue of D Magazine, went to Los Angeles to train with pioneering cosmetogynecologist David Matlock, M.D. Dr. Brady says it’s time women talked more openly about the sexual frustration they experience after childbirth.
